Running the code with GPU (on Mac)

Hi @c.a.marocico ,@verdoes & @grobler ,

Turns out it is not possible to run a Mac GPU via Docker. I will have to run the CNN on my laptop directly (no Docker) or the uni computing clusters.

@c.a.marocico, Is it OK to run on my laptop or I should use the clusters instead?
