Add instructions on how to initially setup the projects

There should be some instructions on how the projects should initially be setup.

E.g. how to push an existing project to overleaf or vice-versa. This is not really hard, but a bit weird given that overleaf by default destroys the history of imported projects, but creates an history for an new empty project.
