Answer:
If the sampling refers to three read sampling schemes (i.e., Correlated Double Sampling, Threshold Limited Integration and RRR): we indeed do a separate dark measurement for each of the three (see under Remarks in the table in 6.1.1.1). If the sampling refers to two platescale (i.e., 1.5mas vs 4mas): the dark measurement needs to be done only once. Dark current is a detector specific property that should not depend on changing optics. This we will verify during commissioning.
