Fix OCA problems

There are three small issues with the current OCA rules (micado.oca) that should be resolved in order to flag section 8 as done:

  • There should be a TARGET defined for the automatic processing by the DataOrganizer.
  • There should be a difference between inputFiles and calibFiles.
  • There are two dots in TPL..START.

These are small things that should be easy to fix.
