Move recipe decomposition figures

We decided to move the recipe decomposition figures from section 8 (functional decomposition) to section 12 (cpl plugins) in the DRLD: https://gitlab.astro-wise.org/micado/datareductionlibrarydesigndrs/-/issues/19

We'll also create a table to replace them, which can be another issue.
