Add HCI to CP and update SI templates

  • Add HCI templates to CP, MICADO_coro_cal_staroffcoronagraph and MICADO_coro_cal_staroncoronagraph
  • Also remove astrom
  • Add other templates from SI, zeropoint and illum, if not already there
