Update Digital Design files to FDR2 version of latex

Note this work is done on branch hb/propagatefromdrld/src/datainterface.

• Solve display-incompleteness of remote-viewer: DONE

• astrometry updates first. do diff using meld on DRLD generated directory on Overleaf which is identical to generated on git project DRLD master and hb/propagatefromdrld version of generated in MicadoWISE: DONE
