Improve dbviewer

The MicadoaWISE dbviewier is located at http://micado-dbview.hpc.rug.nl . E.g. all MasterDarks

It can be improved:

• The dbviewer should be mentioned in the documentation.
• All dummy_* columns should be hidden from view.
• The download links should go to the MicadoWISE dataserver (now they go to http://localhost:8008/).
• There seems to be something weird with following uplinks. See the uplinks of a specific DepersistedDark; there is only 1. However following that links shows 10 times the same MasterDark.
