Ensure IRDB compliance again

A new MICADO package has been uploaded to the IRDB package server [1], which is not compliant with our current standardcado branch. But it has not been propagated to the IRDB repository [2], so it is unclear what the status is. Therefore the test_irdbcompliance() test in irdb_test.py has been disabled for now.

However, there are some large changes, in particular detector_array_list has been renamed to full_detector_array.

Also update the README when this is fixed.
