Drop SQL Alchemy support

SQL Alchemy support should be dropped for now. At least, MObjectSqa.py should be removed.

Then MDBObjectMeta.py can be refactored. After that, a new version of MObjectSqa.py can be created.

Perhaps the SQL Alchemy support in python_from_vodml.py can be maintained for now.
