Add MCD_img_cal_lyot
At PDR we had template MCD_img_cal_lyot, we need to add it for FDR as well.

It is assumed that the Lyot stop positioning is perfectly aligned and that this only need to be verified through data analysis during commissioning and after each instrument intervention:
- Alignment precision between Lyot stop and pupil is specified to be better than 1% in X,Y (see [RD12]).
- There is no adjustment possible for MICADO pupil, and no control over ELT pupil.
