Fix build

Hugo Buddelmeijer requested to merge hb/fixconda into master

Hardcode jupyter to build number 2, because the later versions have a jupyter.py that conflicts with jupyter.py from jupyter_core, see https://github.com/conda-forge/jupyter-feedstock/issues/17

Also disable Sourcery, because that cannot be ran by other people.

Also disable some debug stats in run_tests.sh, because those cannot always be read.
