Resolve "Conda install for MICADO-WISE?"

Hugo Buddelmeijer requested to merge 1-conda-install-for-micado-wise into develop

Closes #1 (closed), moves entire CI structure to conda:

  • Add conda-recipe directory.
  • Update .gitlab-ci.yml to use ci-templates.
  • Remove use of Docker image for testing.
  • Update README.

Not included in this MR / to be done later:

  • Ensure SimCADO is a conda package.
  • Ensure actual deployment works properly. Will depend on SimCADO situation.
  • Proper install instructions, including simcado and PostgreSQL database etc.
  • Moving of tests out of src directory.
  • Deciding what to do with Dockerfile. Keeping it to ease development?
