Replace astroconda channel with conda-forge

Hugo Buddelmeijer requested to merge hb/removeastroconda into standardcado

Remove astroconda channel and add conda-forge. This was used for two packages:

  • poppy: not necessary anymore
  • synphon: on conda-forge now

The astroconda channel is down about once a month, so it is better to replace it with the stable conda-forge.

Docker file not yet updated. See #56 (closed)
