generate associationmatrix

Hugo Buddelmeijer requested to merge hb/associationmatrix into standardcado

Auto generate a new association matrix, and include it in the Sphinx documentation.

For now this is sufficient, we can make more changes later in other MRs.

E.g., to do later

  • Verify that all Templates e.g. are in the figure.
  • Create different association matrices. E.g. Common, Photom, Astrom, HCI(, Spec)
  • Create a version with some recipe steps removed?
  • Ensure colors are correct.
