WIP: Update DPR and PRO keywords and DataItem tables

Improve DPR and PRO keywords and update DataItem tables.

@verdoes can you review this? Perhaps look at the generated DataItem tables first, that is, dataitemsraw.rst, dataitemspro.rst, and dataitemsexternal.rst.

See also #20 (closed), which this resolves, but we should not close it until we have clearance from Yves.

Note that the SonarQube analysis fails, but that will be fixed in !80 (merged), so we can ignore it here.
